In our opinion one of the most important functions of our Client Relations Co-ordinators (C.R.C.s) perform is to deal with our clients medical claims. These claims range from treatments for minor ailments to major complex surgery. We believe our C.R.C.'s, even those who are already medically qualified, have to undergo and achieve a high standard in a range of medical training courses in addition to the thorough training in our products and services to enable them to offer support at the time the client needs it most.
